Tenant Compliance for any facility can be enabled or disabled in Ravti with a simple click. Property Managers need to ensure all of the facilities where compliance should be enabled are updated appropriately on Ravti before every Compliance outreach.
When Tenant Compliance is enabled for a facility, Ravti will automatically trigger outreach for the next Compliance period to your tenants requesting proof of compliance via their HVAC service tickets. Click here to know more about what happens during a compliance outreach.
Below are the steps you need to follow to enable or disable tenant compliance for any facility:
1. Navigate to 'Facility Info' tab in the facility page.
2. Scroll down to 'Facility Building Information' and make changes to the box beside 'Enable Tenant Compliance for this facility'.
