How do I submit my maintenance document?

Submitting your document is easy!

The first thing you will need to do is make sure you have proof of maintenance in a digital form. See here for help requesting your maintenance document or here if you need help finding a vendor to perform it.

Next, click the large purple button in the email you received from Ravti. If for some reason the button doesn't load, you can click the link included later in the email:


Upon clicking the link, you should be taken to a page that looks like this:

 


You are then able to either:

  1. Drag and drop
  2. Click on and select a file to upload 

Please be sure that your ticket for service is dated within the date range shown in the box.

Upon adding your document, you should see the name of the file appear in that box. Now, you MUST click "SUBMIT DOCUMENT", in purple below, to finalize your submission:

 

This is one of the more common steps that people miss, so please make sure to select it!

Upon doing so you will see a confirmation screen and know that your submission is complete. You are able to access that screen from the original link in your email and can see what was submitted at any time.
