If you had maintenance performed and need proof, simply reach out to your vendor requesting they email or send you the service ticket or invoice for the maintenance performed. Your vendor cannot submit your proof of maintenance to Ravti on your behalf.

Please note that this document must be submitted via the link in your email, so only ask for a physical copy if you have means of scanning or photographing it.
