Many tenants are required to maintain the HVAC systems servicing their space.

All questions or concerns regarding your lease, HVAC maintenance requirements, or updates to contact information must be directed toward your property manager. Only they will be able to change or disable these notifications. 

If you want to submit a document now or after contacting them, please submit it to the Compliance email you received from Ravti or attach it here and include the Compliance ID found within that email. Here is a full breakdown on how to submit a maintenance document once an email is received from Ravti.

Please note that you will receive up to 4 notices from our system regarding this maintenance period if proof of service is not submitted or if your property manager does not change the notification settings for your space.
