Logins will typically only be provided to property owners and managers; tenants will not have access to the full Ravti platform.

However, if a tenant is ever having continuous issues with submitting their document, they can always contact [e-mail] with their document and Compliance ID (or business name, facility and address) and our team will upload it on their behalf.
