The two main things to keep in mind when submitting proof of maintenance:
- The type of document you submit
- The date of that document
For the type of document. We accept service tickets or invoices describing the work that has already performed. Example below:
Contracts are not valid proof of maintenance as they describe work to be done, not maintenance that was performed:
As for the date, please verify the invoice/service ticket is dated for work performed during the timeframe referenced in the original email you received.
If you have other maintenance tickets you would like to upload to Ravti that are outside the date range specified, email them to compliance@ravti.com and specify either your Compliance ID, business name, facility and address.
