If you have a tenant that should be exempt from Tenant Compliance you will need to mark them as exempt on their individual Suite page in Ravti in 2 ways:

  1. Exempt from Compliance Completely
  2. Exempt from One Quarter

(1) Exempt from Compliance Completely

Once you navigate to that tenant's suite page, click edit next to the Tenant's name at the top of the screen. Then, you will be able to edit the Tenant info and check the box "Tenant is exempt from compliance" box.

Once this box is checked, the Tenant will be marked with an "Exempt" status and not receive any email notifications during all future Compliance periods.

(2) Exempt from One Quarter

If a tenant is exempt from compliance for only one quarter, you can exempt them from a compliance period. If the period has not yet started, you can preemptively add it by clicking "Start Compliance" on the Suite Page.

To exempt a tenant from compliance:

  1. On the Suite page, scroll down to the Compliance period boxes.
  2. Click "Edit."
  3. Change the "Compliance Status" to "Exempt."
  4. Click "Save & Update."
