New Features
Work History Export Tool
- Web: We're excited to announce a new export tool that makes it easy to preserve and migrate your equipment service history from Ravti to Prism.
- What's New: Your Work History records in Ravti contain valuable documentation of equipment maintenance, service details, and associated files that you've built up over time. To ensure you don't lose access to this information when transitioning to Prism, we've created a dedicated export tool on Ravti's Data Migration page.
- How It Works: Navigate to the Data Migration page in Ravti and look for the Work History section. Simply select your organization and facility, then click the download button. The system will generate two files for you:
- Service History Spreadsheet – An Excel/CSV file containing all your Work History records with complete details including Work History IDs, facility information, suite numbers, service dates, equipment serviced, service types, vendor names, descriptions, and costs.
- Document Archive – A zip folder containing all files associated with your Work History records (PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and more), with each file clearly labeled by Work History ID, suite number, and service date for easy reference.
- Migrating to Prism: Once you've exported your Work History from Ravti, simply upload both files to My Files for the corresponding property in Prism. This gives you and your team continued access to your complete HVAC service history in your new system.
Fixes
Tenant Compliance Notice Improvements
- Web: We have updated the Tenant Compliance notification that appears on suite pages to provide clearer guidance and make it easier for you to enable this feature.
- What's Changed: When Tenant Compliance is not enabled for a property, you'll now see an improved notice with updated information and actionable next steps.
- What This Means for You: You can now enable Tenant Compliance directly from your property settings—no need to contact support. Simply navigate to the Facility Info tab for the property and toggle the checkbox. As long as you have email addresses for your tenants, you're ready to start automating your HVAC maintenance compliance tracking.
