Submitting your document is easy! The first thing you will need to do is make sure you have proof of maintenance in a digital form. See here for help locating your maintenance document or here if you need to enroll in an HVAC maintenance contract.
Next, click the large purple 'UPLOAD DOCUMENT HERE' button in the email you received from Ravti; this will bring you to the upload page for your HVAC maintenance documentation. If for some reason the button doesn't load, you can click the link included later in the email.
Be sure that your ticket for service is dated within the specified date range. In this example, the HVAC maintenance should have been completed between April 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024. If there are multiple documents that need to be submitted, you can submit them as a Zip file.
Upon adding your file, you should see the name of the file appear in that box and the "SUBMIT DOCUMENT" button highlighted in purple. Finally, click the "SUBMIT DOCUMENT" button to finalize your submission. This is one of the more common steps that people miss, so please make sure to select it!
After submitting the document, Ravti will display a message confirming the document was received and will allow you to reference what was submitted.
